This is a full-time entry-level role into email retention - steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager down the line.
We're a remote-first company, so you're free to work whenever suits you best, just make sure you're online from 12–5pm CE(S)T so we can stay in sync with the team and clients. Please only apply if you can commit to this.
What you'll do:
Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
Keep projects on track : status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
