Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.G., Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
Requirements Language Skills: C1 level of German and B2 level of English
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Self-prospecting capabilities
Revenue/target-driven mindset
Experience managing or using databases
Preferred Qualifications Consultative selling skills




Client-facing product knowledge

Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year (completely uncapped)
