Responsibilities Teach swimming techniques and strokes appropriate to each level
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment at all times
Adapt lessons to each student's goals and abilities
Encourage proper breathing, coordination, and endurance
Provide constructive feedback to support improvement
Manage your own schedule and lesson planning
