Digital Product Expert At ING we are looking for a Digital Product Expert for the Protection Team Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Product Expert to join our Insurance Team of Insurance Tribe, very familiar with project management skills, used to work with IT projects. The responsibility of this team is to deploy insurance products that change how people feel about insurance, with personal, fair and transparent propositions. You will help us to develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments. As a start, you will be taking part as Digital Product Expert of the development of the New Life Insurance standalone and linked to mortgages. A complete new proposition for our customers.



This requires the connection of an IT team, CX, UX, Marketing, Ops, Finance… and also our colleagues of the Mortgage Tribe. Once fully developed, you will promote and position our insurance in the market, thinking beyond to compete in current and future landscape supporting ING’s profitable growth. You have an end-to-end responsibility for providing customers the most reliable and innovative way of managing their relationship with us, focusing on delivering the products and services they need, boosting sales while leveraging on the brand and
