Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
Experience working within or selling to the educational segment (K-12 or Higher Education), including experience with technology deployments.
Experience developing and executing business, adoption, or change-management strategies based on market and engagement analysis.
Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and working with executive stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives.
Background in education, instructional design, or change management within the Spanish education sector or public sector.
Deep understanding of Google for Education solutions (Gemini, ChromeOS and Google Workspace for Education) and educational technology trends in the region.
Track record of defining program metrics/OKRs, tracking active product adoption, and leveraging analytics to drive program success.




Demonstrated authority in business program management methodologies, process optimization, and risk management across complex, ambiguous environments.
Strong stakeholder management, strategic communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
