Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver the roadmap and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Collaborate with our go-to-market teams to support customer acquisition, market expansion, and commercial strategy.
Communicate a clear, compelling product story that aligns teams and builds enthusiasm for the product’s value.
Requirements Relevant experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI-powered or innovative digital products.
Experience working closely with AI/ML, engineering, or research teams.
Comfortable shaping 0→1 products, experimenting, and navigating ambiguity.
Strong user-centered design instincts and the ability to translate complexity into simple,



intuitive experiences.
Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder-engagement skills.
Familiarity with learning, assessment, or talent development.
