Support the complete sales process, including customer communication, RFQ handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to help customers address shortages, lifecycle transitions, EOL risks, lead-time pressure and cost challenges.
Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity updates, quotation records and CRM data to support long-term customer development.
