Descripción del trabajo

~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
~5-10 years of experience as Functional Architect and/or Business Analyst/ Consultant in a pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment
~ Hands-on understanding in product recipe design and parameter definition in any related manufacturing system (e.g. PLM, MES, LIMS, ERP)
~ Proven experience in system integration projects (DeltaV, SAP S4 HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or related)
~ Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements
~ Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional integral environment
~ Understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products
~ Demonstrated ability to de-escalate, keep discussions productive, and focus on outcomes
~ Availability between 3-7 PM CET for overlap with EU and US teams
~ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
