Experteer Overview As RESH Site Leader, you drive the RESH strategy at site level to protect people and the environment while enabling business objectives. You lead the I Care journey, partner with the global RESH organization, and advise the leadership team on RESH topics to build a strong, sustainable safety culture. You establish goals, ensure compliance with legal and RESH standards, and oversee policies, training, audits, investigations, and record-keeping. You mentor teams on continuous improvement and manage the department budget.

Set RESH goals and implementation plans with the Site Lead Team
Collaborate with global RESH and implement site initiatives
Ensure compliance with legal obligations and RESH Framework
Develop and update RESH policies, procedures, and training
Coordinate risk assessments, audits, investigations, and training




Identify CAPEX needs to minimize risks
Provide visible leadership on the shop floor to drive cultural changes
Act as business partner to operational teams
Drive continuous improvement by reapplying best practices
Accountable for RESH department budget
Coach and educate the team with performance and consequence management
Responsabilidades
~ University degree in relevant field preferred
~5+ years experience on a production site
~3+ years RESH management preferred
~ Fluent English
~ Ability to develop and drive strategies, set priorities and lead changes
~ Strong skills in leading through others
~ Ability to develop and implement RESH programs, conduct assessments and lead incident investigations
~ Understanding of local, national and industry RESH regulations
