Meliá Hotels International is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Gobernante/a Segunda to join the team at Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote in Las Palmas, España. In this role, your primary mission will be to support the Housekeeping Manager across a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the exceptional standards of quality and service that our guests expect.

Key responsibilities for the Gobernante/a Segunda include:

- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all daily administrative and operational duties within the department.
- Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas strictly comply with the established standards and cleanliness guidelines of the hotel.
- Managing inventories, supplies, and materials efficiently to support smooth day-to-day operations.




- Implementing and maintaining effective cleaning procedures and protocols for the team.
- Coordinating closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring adequate staff coverage and active supervision across all cleaning sections at all times.
- Verifying that all guest accommodations are thoroughly prepared, inspected, and ready for arrival.
