Setopay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and high-risk sectors. We move fast and we expect the people around us to do the same.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has actually worked in payments, fintech, or a similarly demanding commercial environment. This is not an entry‑level role.

What you will do

- Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, CRM hygiene
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice
- Keep sales reports and performance tracking accurate and up to date
- Identify gaps in the sales process and flag them early

What we require

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination,



Sales Operations, or a similar role — in payments, PSP, fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline without dropping the ball
- Excellent written and verbal English — you will communicate directly with international merchants and partners
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient

What we will not consider

- Candidates without experience in payments or fintech
- Candidates who need heavy supervision to operate
- Remote work — this is a fully xkdbapo onsite role in Marbella
