Ready to step up and own an entire IT infrastructure from day one?

In many scale-ups, IT security is an afterthought. At LuxQuanta , where we pioneer Quantum Communications , high-security IT is a fundamental regulatory requirement.

We are looking for an IT System Manager in Barcelona to lead, secure, and scale our technical backbone as we expand globally.

- True Ownership: You wont just follow playbook rules—youll design, deploy, and maintain our systems from Cloud (Azure) to air-gapped classified networks.
- Strategic Impact: You will work directly with our leadership to ensure our security posture meets strict standards (ENS, GDPR, ISO 27001 ).
- Culture: A fast-paced, deep-tech scale-up environment where innovation meets stability.

The Essentials:

- Degree in CS, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years handling core IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Base in Barcelona (Hybrid model).
