Responsibilities and duties include:

- Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
- Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
- Lead a Regional Network
- Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.
- Build Strong Delivery Partnerships
- Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently.
- Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.
- Use data to make fast,



informed operational decisions.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business
- ~6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full P&L; with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations.
- ~ Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
- ~ Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- ~ Fluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high growth environments.
