H1 N-iX is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Master to coordinate four development teams within the ControlExpert project. The role focuses on improving delivery flow, transparency, ownership and cross-team coordination in a complex environment.
You will support team setup, coaching, and conflict resolution while ensuring effective ways of working. In this position you will partner with management to prioritize and escalate blockers, drive evidence-based improvements, and help teams mature.
