Destinus is seeking a Procurement Lead for our Madrid site to own local procurement and align with integral strategy. You will lead a small team, manage the supplier base, and ensure timely end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D.;
You bring 5-8+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Aerospace/defense exposure is a strong plus; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
