Leading international company within the food production industry, focused on strategic sourcing and continuous improvement across integral operations.

- Provide day-to-day support to the sourcing team across indirect procurement categories (GENEX/CAPEX)
- Assist in tenders, supplier communication, and specification development with vendors
- Support internal cost evaluations in collaboration with Finance
- Track and analyse costs by category and family
- Support vendor and product homologation processes
- Analyse coverage across categories and share insights with stakeholders
- Provide administrative support, including contract creation and follow-up
- Monitor commodity price trends and market developments (e.g. energy, gas)
- Follow up on sourcing projects, ensuring deadlines are met




- Maintain and update supplier databases (pricing, contracts, product data)
- Liaise with new suppliers and support onboarding and approval processes
- Support the development of sourcing strategies and procurement excellence initiatives
- Contribute to AI-driven analysis and prompt development (e.g. Copilot, Claude)
- Participate in sourcing events supporting the team

- Contract: Permanent contract

- Working hours: Flexible schedule (8:00-9:30 start) with early finish on Fridays
- Annual leave: 29-31 working days depending on the year
