French-Speaking Account Executive (Hybrid in Spain)
Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding targets? We're looking for a French-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing international SaaS company and take ownership of the entire sales cycle.
Location: Madrid, Spain (Candidates must already reside in Spain)
Work Model: Hybrid (50% remote after onboarding and target achievement)
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: €30,000 gross/year + Uncapped Commission
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales process—from the first conversation to closing the deal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound and assigned leads
Conducting outbound prospecting and high-volume calling
Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
Delivering online product demonstrations
Guiding prospects through free trials
Negotiating and closing subscription agreements
Achieving monthly revenue and sales targets
Handing over new customers to the Customer Success team after closing




This is a KPI-driven role with approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day, making it idóneo for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent French
- Must currently live in Spain
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, including:
- Account Executive
- SDR
- BDR
- Inside Sales
- Outbound Sales
- Telesales
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- English at a professional working level
- SaaS experience is a plus but not required

Compensation
€30,000 gross annual base salary
Plus uncapped monthly commission:
- 100% target achievement = approximately €1,200 commission
- 150% achievement = approximately €1,800 commission
- Quarterly commission accelerators reward top performers with even higher earnings.
