PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Paralegal to join our growing legal team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our European platform, supporting the Legal Counsel and General Counsel on a wide range of transactional,



operational and developmental matters.

From managing NDAs and KYC checks to maintaining accurate documentation and implementing efficient legal workflows, you’ll help drive consistency and excellence across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal career who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate NDAs, KYC processes, and document organisation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the legal team with contract reviews, data organisation, and maintaining legal records across multiple jurisdictions.
- Implement and maintain legal operations tools, including contract and task trackers, e-signature systems, and workflow platforms.
- Assist in developing and improving legal processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the business.
