The Process Efficiency & Automation Leaderwill be based in Madrid, EuropeanHeadquarters, and will be part of the Competitive Edge Europe Department, directly reporting to the Competitive EdgeDirector.

Therole will identify, prioritize, and deploy scalable digital solutionsleveraging Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, RPA, AI, Agentic AI,and emerging technologies to improve productivity, reduce administrativeworkload, and generate sustainable business value. Furthermore, they will leadthe Admin Next Gen program and drive the digital transformation ofadministrative processes across Europe. Thisposition will act as the primary interface between Business Functions,Digitalization, IT, and external development partners.

Key Responsibilities





The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ownthe European Admin Next Gen portfolio.
- Identifydigitalization opportunities across Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations,Compliance, and Shared Services.
- Leaddiscovery workshops and process assessments.
- Buildbusiness cases and value calculations for automation projects.
- Drivedeployment of:
- PowerBI solutions
- MicrosoftPower Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
- RPAtechnologies
- AgenticAI solutions
- GenerativeAI initiatives
- Coordinatewith IT and Digitalization teams to ensure alignment with architecture,security, and governance requirements.
- Manageexternal developers and implementation partners.
- Defineand maintain the European digital transformation roadmap.
- Promotereplication of successful digital solutions across regions.
- Establish governance, KPImonitoring, and benefits tracking
