Accountabilities
Build, maintain, and evolve user-facing features across web-based products used by a integral audience.
Design and implement frontend architecture, reusable UI components, and business logic for new and existing functionality.
Partner closely with Product and Design teams to transform complex requirements and workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical discovery and design through implementation, testing, and release.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and overall code quality.
Improve frontend reliability, maintainability, scalability, and performance as the platform grows.
