Accountabilities
Own the delivery of new compute regions and GPU cluster deployment projects from initial kickoff through production handover.
Coordinate capacity acceptance processes, ensuring infrastructure availability, quota allocations, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and formal sign-off are complete before customer readiness.
Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, GPU, and other engineering teams, establishing clear ownership of testing activities.
Act as the real-time escalation point during live deployments, quickly coordinating the appropriate teams to resolve hardware failures, provisioning issues, capacity conflicts, and other blockers.
Establish and maintain clear contracts, ownership models, and responsibilities between teams involved in regional delivery.
