About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to help build and scale high-performance backend systems powering global products and platforms.
This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong engineering depth with technical leadership experience — someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence across teams.
You will work closely with international teams across Europe and Asia in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Technical Leadership




- Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of scalable backend services and distributed systems
- Drive technical decision-making, architecture standards, and engineering best practices
- Contribute hands-on to system design, implementation, code reviews, and production troubleshooting
- Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Help establish a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement

Team & Engineering Culture
- Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance and day-to-day collaboration
- Lead by example with strong engineering standards and execution quality
- Help scale and organize engineering teams as the company grows
- Support hiring, onboarding, and technical development of team m
