The RoleRevenue Enablement helps Holded's Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams turn commercial strategy into consistent execution. Working closely with RevOps and sales managers, we support teams through training, coaching, content, and the tools they use every day. Our next challenge is to scale that support, ensuring every commercial team benefits from enablement consistently.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to help scale our impact across teams. You will create training and sales materials, manage our call intelligence tool, maintain our knowledge base,



and support managers with their coaching routines. You will be encouraged to identify new opportunities and help bring strong ideas to life.
What you'll doCreate training materials and content for Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams, with the opportunity to deliver sessions yourself over time.
Use AI tools to create practical sales assets such as battlecards, one-pagers, objection scripts, and email templates.
Maintain our sales knowledge base, playbooks, and CRM templates accurate and up to date.
Manage the operational side of our call intelligence tool, including trackers, scorecards, and team adoption.
Help reps by actively monitoring activity, listening to calls and coach on skill improvement.
Equip line managers with the resources and support they need to run effective training, role plays, and individual coaching sessions.
