Overview
Camlin Energy is seeking a commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across Europe. This role is responsible for developing and delivering regional marketing plans that create demand, support strategic account growth, strengthen customer relationships and contribute directly to revenue and pipeline objectives.
Working closely with regional sales teams, product specialists and senior stakeholders,



the successful candidate will ensure marketing activity is aligned with priority markets, customer needs and commercial growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to regional business objectives.
- Translate integral marketing strategies into local market activity.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, ABM and customer engagement programmes.
- Ensure regional marketing activity supports revenue growth, pipeline creation and customer retention.
- Develop regional-specific messaging frameworks to drive a high-quality output of marketing materials and thought-leadership content
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership and account teams.
