An established international company with a strong global footprint is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and maximize business performance across key markets. Customer & Business Development Identify commercial opportunities and unlock sustainable business growth. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to anticipate market developments.

Maximize customer performance while ensuring long-term profitability.

Commercial Leadership

Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, volumes, promotions, and contractual conditions. Drive sales growth while ensuring margin optimization and financial performance. Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews.





Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and other business functions. Ensure seamless execution of customer agreements and commercial initiatives. Contribute to the development, coaching, and engagement of team members.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial leadership roles within an international environment Strong commercial acumen combined with solid financial understanding.

Fluent
