Kamatics is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand customer relationships across the European aerospace and defense market, including Switzerland.
This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, growing strategic customer accounts, and positioning Kamatics as a preferred technical solutions partner within the aerospace industry. The Business Development Manager will work closely with customers and internal engineering, operations, and commercial teams to understand technical requirements, develop solutions, and execute strategies that support long-term growth.
The adecuado candidate will bring an established background in the European aerospace market, strong technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the European aerospace and defense market in alignment with Kamatics' overall growth strategy.




Manage and grow a defined European sales territory, including Switzerland, with responsibility for achieving established sales and business development objectives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for existing and prospective customers to increase market penetration and identify new applications and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, supply chain, program management, and executive leadership.
Serve as a key commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer service.
Develop and deliver technical and commercial presentations that demonstrate Kamatics' capabilities and solutions based on customer needs and applications.
