What You'll Do

Act as the creative leader in Design Studios, inspiring clients with creative solutions that deliver business impact.




Set the long‑term creative vision and strategy for all engagements, driving the delivery of innovative, high‑quality solutions.
Develop and implement creative solutions and approaches in various projects, overseeing them to completion while growing the next wave of creative leaders in Design Studios.
Partner with the Design Studios regional/global leadership team to develop and deliver our creative service offering, and to drive innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
Understand current client engagements—including products, services, target audience, and competitors’ activities—to balance creativity and business needs.
Provide clear direction, guidance, and feedback to influence and lead teams to drive impact and deliver excellence on budget and schedule.
Establish and monitor service levels to ensure consistent, on‑time delivery of high‑quality projects.
