Buscamos un/a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) para proyecto ubicado en Barcelona.
TASKS:

Incident Management:

Respond to and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Monitoring and Performance:

Utilize Dynatrace to monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts to ensure system reliability and performance.

Infrastructure Management:

Perform basic actions and maintenance tasks within Kubernetes environments.
Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing containerized applications.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.

SKILLS (Must), al menos, 5 años de experiencia en:





Technical Skills:

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in ServiceNow.
Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Skills Nice-to-have:

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, groovy) for automation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with Jenkins or Github Actions.
