Madrid – 2–3 days onsite per week Freelance | Long-term contract ️ Spanish & English requiredThe Role – 50% Business / 50% IT & Programme Coordination50% – Business / Data Migration SupportSupport business users during E2E, UAT, Mock, Cutover and Go-LiveCoordinate data review and validation with Key UsersFacilitate data quality sessions and identify migration issuesPrepare migration status reporting for Iberia stakeholders50% – IT / Programme CoordinationRepresent Iberia in the global Data Migration workstreamTrack readiness of master, transactional and financial dataCoordinate with the SAP partner on Mocks, Cutover and Go-LiveIdentify,



communicate and escalate migration risks and blockersCoordinate with IT teams and local application providersRequirements7+ years of SAP Data Migration experienceExperience with large-scale multinational / multi-country SAP programmesStrong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience; RISE Private Edition is a plusFunctional knowledge of F2S / Manufacturing & Supply Chain and/or O2CExperience coordinating multiple vendors, IT teams and business stakeholdersExcellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skillsFluent Spanish and English⭐ Important: This is a coordination and support role, not a hands-on data migration execution role.
