Electronic Device Guarantees | Hybrid Foundever is looking for Danish & English-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an on-site project in Seville, supporting a leading company in electronic device warranties and insurance. About the role As a Customer Support Agent, you will: * Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices * Handle customer inquiries, incidents, and claims with empathy and accuracy * Deliver high-quality service in Danish, using English as the working language * Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction What we offer * Temporary contract of 4 months, with real possibilities of continuity * On-site position in Seville, in a modern and professional office.
