YOUR MISSION
You’ll provide high-quality customer support in Dutch and English, assisting customers with inquiries related to sound equipment and technical support. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, positive, and solution-oriented customer experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in Dutch
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Residence in Spain
- Knowledge or interest in sound equipment is highly valued
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset




- Advanced Spanish is a plus

On-site training will take place at our offices in Los Remedios, Seville.
