Location: Madrid, Spain Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team. * Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Em Sherif’s high standards. * Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally. * Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards. * Assist with staff training and development. * Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Floor Manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant. * Strong knowledge of fine dining / upscale restaurant operations. * Excellent communication, leadership,



and interpersonal skills. * Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
