Electronic Device Guarantees | HybridFoundever is looking for Danish & English-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an on-site project in Seville, supporting a leading company in electronic device warranties and insurance.This role is ideal for candidates who want to use their language skills daily, work in a multicultural environment, and grow their career with a global organization.About the roleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will:Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devicesHandle customer inquiries, incidents, and claims with empathy and accuracyDeliver high-quality service in Danish, using English as the working languageEnsure a professional and positive customer experience at every interactionWhat we offerTemporary contract of 4 months, with real possibilities of continuityOn-site position in Seville, in a modern and professional office. Possibility of working at our other hubs in Barcelona, Madrid or Málaga instead.Hybrid work option: after the nesting phase and once campaign KPIs are achieved, the possibility to work up to 50% remotelyPaid training, delivered online and fully included in the contractFull-time schedule: 39 hours per week, 5 working days - Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:00Salary:
