Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) Floater based in Rota, Spain. This role supports active-duty members and families, traveling 25-75% to cover multiple sites across Europe and the EA region, including Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
You will verify benefits, enrollments, PCM changes, and provide TRICARE education and customer service over the phone and in person. Must hold U.S.
