Role Description The Vice President Marketing will lead PaidSync.ai’s integral marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This full-time remote role will oversee market planning, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing performance marketing efforts, overseeing lifecycle and content marketing, and optimizing the acquisition funnel across all key channels. The role will also guide market research initiatives, define target segments, track competitive activity, and refine the go-to-market strategy based on data-driven insights. The VP Marketing will build and mentor a diverse marketing team, manage agency and vendor relationships, and provide clear reporting on marketing performance to the executive leadership team.
