Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients, maintaining the highest service standards in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and chat with precision and cultural nuance.




Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or billing-related issues effectively.
Represent the brand voice consistently while upholding the values of the organization.

Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
