Join a dynamic team in Barcelona working on a high-impact digital advertising project focused on Google Ads. Tailored specifically for professionals skilled at navigating the complexities of the German commercial market, this role positions you as a trusted marketing advisor.
You will manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential companies (including prospective future unicorns) in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your mission is to build lasting client partnerships, accelerate product adoption, minimize customer churn, and uncover strategic expansion opportunities across your client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Act as the primary point of contact to welcome new business clients and build high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies.




Proactive Client Engagement: Execute frequent outbound consultations via phone across your assigned portfolio to educate clients, foster trust, and drive continuous growth.
Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Evaluate key customer objectives to deliver immediate, results-driven campaign solutions designed for long-term scalability.
CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain, organize, and consistently update a detailed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to log client touchpoints and history accurately.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on core campaign metrics (KPIs), delivering actionable performance insights and optimization tactics to account holders.
Funnel & Content Integration: Advise clients on integrating Google Ads across their broader digital marketing funnels, including landing page optimization, target audience segmentation, and creative split-testing.
