verification infrastructure for increasingly autonomous space operations.

We are looking for a

Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder

to join at the earliest stage and take ownership of the technical architecture and product development.

Our initial product reconciles spacecraft engineering baselines, telemetry, change history and operational records into an evidence-backed representation of spacecraft state. We are starting with

mission-change clearance and configuration-aware anomaly investigation , with a longer-term vision of enabling machine-verifiable authority and action across autonomous systems in orbit.

What you would own Define and lead the technical architecture and product roadmap Build the initial platform and technical MVP Design systems for evidence, state reconciliation, provenance and decision-making Explore the use of AI/ML where it creates genuine technical advantage Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions Build the technical team and engineering culture as the company grows Work directly with spacecraft operators, technical partners and investors

What we're looking for Strong background in

software engineering, systems engineering or AI Experience building complex products from

0 → 1 Strong understanding of data architectures,



distributed systems and/or AI/ML Ideally, experience in

aerospace, space systems, defence, robotics, autonomy or other mission-critical environments Ability to think at both architecture and product level Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in becoming a

founding technical leader

You

don't need to come from aerospace . Exceptional technical ability, systems thinking and the motivation to build something from scratch matter more than having every item on the list.

founding technical leader , not the first engineering hire.You would have significant ownership over the technology, product and eventual engineering organisation, working alongside the founder from the very beginning.

Important:

We are currently in a structured validation and fundraising phase. This is an

initial exploratory recruitment process , and the role is not yet a formal employment offer. The final structure, timing and equity/compensation will depend on validation, financing and the founding team coming together.
