Target Compensation: €23,876 base annual salary + up to €3,408 performance-based bonus

Step into an energetic Barcelona-based team dedicated to advising high-growth companies across the Dutch market. Operating as an account strategist, you will establish lasting client relationships, accelerate Google Ads integration, minimize account cancellation rates, and expand client portfolios within an agile technology setting.

Primary Duties

Account Setup & Planning: Partner with newly joined clients to design and execute high-performing digital advertising initiatives.
Advisory Engagement: Connect with core corporate leaders to align digital advertising options with overall business objectives.
Campaign Refinement: Initiate, expand, and fine-tune ad campaigns by optimizing audience segments, landing page experiences, and copy options.




Metric Tracking & Evaluation: Monitor campaign performance indicators, assess data streams, and present strategic recommendations to elevate client return on investment.
Pipeline & System Maintenance: Execute regular client check-ins while systematically logging activity within internal CRM systems.
Regional Insights Gathering: Identify local market nuances to help sharpen product positioning and regional commercial tactics.

Applicant Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1–C2 level Dutch mastery alongside strong professional English communication.
Professional Background: Demonstrated success in client management, customer retention, and standard CRM workflows.
