Position Title: Dutch-Speaking Google Ads Account Specialist & Onboarding Advisor

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain (World Trade Center)

Work Model: Hybrid Schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote work)

Compensation Package: €23,876 annual base salary + up to €3,408 performance-based annual bonus

Role Summary

Become an integral part of an energetic digital marketing team based at Barcelona's vibrant waterfront, focusing directly on expanding high-potential businesses across the Netherlands. Operating as a dedicated client advisor, your primary objective is to onboard new advertisers smoothly, drive the adoption of Google Ads solutions, minimize client churn, and steadily build long-term account values in a fast-paced technology setting.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Client Onboarding: Welcome new commercial clients into the ecosystem and collaboratively build high-performing digital campaigns tailored to their brand vision.
Consultative Outreach & Discovery:



Build rapport with primary corporate decision-makers to evaluate their broader commercial goals and match them with appropriate Google Ads tools.
Campaign Launch & Optimization: Construct, launch, and continually refine ad campaigns by optimizing audience targeting parameters, conversion-focused landing pages, and creative ad assets.
Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Consistently track key account indicators, analyze trend data, and translate performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations that maximize overall ROI.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Maintenance: Keep an active log of daily outreach touchpoints and maintain precise client records within the internal CRM platform.
Market Insights & Feedback: Gather localized trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to help regional leadership refine core product messaging and sales strategy.
