We are hiring a driven, result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Position Overview

You will fuel company growth by generating qualified leads and building pipeline throughout German-speaking markets using strategic outbound strategies.

Primary Duties

Conduct 60–70 daily outbound calls to key decision-makers in the e-commerce space.
Identify, research, and prospect SMB and mid-market accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Engage prospective clients, identify operational pain points,



and present our search platform as the optimal solution.
Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads, securing validated product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns using cold calls, customized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in phone-heavy outbound B2B sales roles.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding daily activity metrics and monthly meeting quotas.
High resilience, active listening capabilities, strong objection-handling skills, and an assertive phone demeanor.
Proficiency with sales engagement tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, marketing technology, or site search solutions.
Previous experience in fast-growth startup environments or high-velocity sales teams.
