At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to join a leading company in the Retail & eCommerce sector and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on AI expert with strong technical leadership skills who is passionate about building, deploying, and scaling cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions in a large-scale environment.

? Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Build Generative AI applications including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG architectures, and AI Copilots.
- Define AI architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead technical decisions and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Drive MLOps initiatives, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful AI products.

? Who are you?
- 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



or Advanced Analytics.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production environments.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services such as Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of scalable architectures, distributed systems, and AI governance.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional-level English.

Nice to have:
- Experience within Retail or eCommerce environments.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Vector Databases, and Azure AI Foundry
