Your Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions , ensuring they align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
Oversee the entire
Saviynt implementation lifecycle , including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies.
Engage with customers to
gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates , ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
Provide advanced
technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues ; customize
Saviynt integrations with third-party applications
using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with
product engineering and operations teams
for effective resolutions.
