will your impact be?
Customer Enablement & Adoption
Ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for new customers, driving fast and effective product adoption.
Train customer users and internal teams (IT, Security, Operations, etc.) to maximize their use of the platform.
Account Management & Retention
Act as the main point of contact, guiding customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
Monitor product usage, identify risks, and take action to prevent churn.
Resolve issues in collaboration with Support and Product teams.
Growth & Strategy
Identify expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) within your assigned accounts.
