About the role:

As State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CMI’s success across Victoria, taking ownership of sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering strategic growth in a competitive market.
- Leading the team to drive state sales success, deliver exceptional results, execute strategic initiatives, and strengthen CMI’s market presence.
- Building strong customer relationships while managing quotations, pricing decisions, sales pipelines, and back-order resolutions to deliver outstanding service and commercial outcomes.
- Identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, and using business insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
