Head of Delivery JD.com castilla león, Spain Descripción del trabajo Responsibilities and duties include: * Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results. * Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel. * Lead a Regional Network * Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations. * Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events. * Build Strong Delivery Partnerships * Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans. * Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently. * Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives. * Use data to make fast,
