- The Software Engineer will join the self-service cloud growth team, empowering self-service customers and trial users to be successful
- This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud
- Working as a full stack engineer, contributing both to the backend and frontend of the product onboarding and trial experience
- Designing and implementing new scalable features and APIs in our product
- Working closely with PMs and designers to plan and design the features
- Implementing agentic interfaces for onboarding and trial experience
- Collaborate with Elastic solution teams to seamlessly integrate cloud and kibana onboarding flows
- Designing and implementing data evolution strategies to manage schema changes without introducing breaking changes
