Job Description
- The ICT service of the Client is developing an internal web application for the DG HAN (Directorate-General for Persons with Disabilities) service to manage the appeals that can be lodged by citizens with the court against a decision of DG HAN.
- Such an appeal can go to different levels (1°/2° authority, Council of State, etc.) and involves the management of a lot of data: hearings, the appointment of lawyers, experts, cost reports, creation of documents, vonissen, etc.
- This application has been in development since the beginning of 2026 by a team currently consisting of 1 analyst and 3 developers. In order to accelerate the development even further with a view to realization by the end of the year,
a motivated developer is being sought to strengthen the team.
- So we are looking for a person who can familiarize himself with both functionally and technically, who can work technically well within the .NET framework as it has already been set up by the development team.
- The functional analysis is entirely in French. The developers are currently mixed NL/FR.
- The candidate must also be able to write documentation in his own language or in English.
METHOD: AGILE & SPRINTS:
- FUNCTIONAL: understanding a functional analysis in order to convert it to the application.
- START DATE: 01/10 (possibly earlier if the procedure allows it and the candidate is available earlier).
