We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator / Database Platform Engineer to manage and support enterprise database platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Requirements – Mandatory

- Expert-level Microsoft SQL Server administration, development, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Strong HA/DR experience with:
- SQL Server Always On Availability Groups
- Failover Clustering
- Replication
- Backup & Recovery
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance and/or Azure VMs.
- Administration experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
- Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell, T-SQL and/or Python.
- Knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, query optimization and capacity planning.
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD and database deployment automation.




- Experience with containerized and virtualized environments.
- Strong database monitoring, observability and performance management experience.
- Knowledge of database security, access control, encryption, auditing and vulnerability management.
- Proven experience leading complex database troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

- Technical investigation, RCA and resolution of complex database incidents.
