Key responsibilities:

- Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
- Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
- Support procurement and tendering activities.
- Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
- Step by step, you will take on more responsibility in your projects and ensure effective construction cost management for our clients.
- Act as a competent contact person and advisor, fostering good and constructive collaboration with client-side departments and planning teams throughout all project phases.
